Sam Moore
Sam Moore is a member of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, the Grammy Hall of Fame (for “Soul Man”) and a Grammy Award and a multi-Gold and Platinum record award winning recording artist. Moore also has achieved a distinguished 25 year career as a solo artist. He also paired with the late Conway Twitty to record the classic “Rainy Night In Georgia” for the classic Rhythm, Country and Blues Album, appeared as The Reverend Morris in Blues Brothers 2000 playing opposite James Brown’s character, a “Swanky Mode” in Tapeheads and was featured prominently in the documentary “Only The Strong Survive”.
His hits include “Soul Man,” “Hold On! I’m A-Comin’,” “I Thank You,” “Wrap It Up,” “When Something Is Wrong With My Baby,” “You Got Me Hummin’,” “You Don’t Know Like I Know,” “I Can’t Stand Up For Falling Down” and “Soothe Me.”
